CELLAR TOUR | The Art & Science of Wild Fermentation
1.30pm, Sunday December 31st 2023, January 28th & February 25th
The details: Join us at the brewery for a unique cellar tour with owner & brewer, Ashley Huntington, as he takes you through the brewing process, his unique approach to wild fermentation and an exploration of barrel aging & blending processes. The tour includes barrel tastings, a comparative taste of bottles from our museum stocks (some over a decade old!), as well as a look at the current releases on offer.
As we approach nearly 20 years brewing in Tasmania, we encourage you to take this exceptional opportunity to delve with us into the history of what we do on a farm, up a dirt track, in the middle of nowhere!
The tour runs for about 3 hours. Light snacks included as well as something to take home with you.
... get in touch if you would like to know more or if you wish to book a small group private tour with us.
